1、拥有学士学位，简言之，就是拥有国家教育部门承认的本科以上的学历；

2、获得中级及中级以上的专业技术资格证书；

3、拥有注册会计师或者是非执业会计师证书；

4、经济、统计、审计相关专业的学生也可以报名。

（三）考试的方式

今年2020年的考试，中国大陆地区考试一共有四次，均为上机考试。

（四）考试内容

包括4个部分：内部审计程序、内部审计技术、管理控制和信息技术、审计环境等。

（五）CIA报考条件

具备下列条件之一者，可报名参加考试：

1.具有本科及本科以上学历；

2.具有中级及中级以上专业技术资格；

3.持有注册会计师证书或非执业注册会计师证书；

4.本科院校审计、会计及相关专业四年级学生；

（六）CIA资格证书领取条件

具备下列条件者，方可取得国际注册内部审计师证书：

1．所有考试科目全部合格；
