应考人员在每科考试开考前30分钟，凭准考证、身份证件进入考场，对号入座，并将上述证件放在桌面右上角，迟到30分钟以上者不准进入考场。开考30分钟后方可交卷出场。

第二条应考人员进入考场只准携带考试必备的2B铅笔、钢笔、圆珠笔、橡皮、直尺及六功能计算器，不得携带具备汉字存储功能的电子计算器及任何书籍、纸张、通讯工具。

开考之前，应考人员应填写考生签到表，并在答题卡规定的位置上正确填写有关号码，凡未按规定要求正确填写以及作标记的答题卡，评卷时按作废处理

凡因错填或错涂号码或损坏答题卡，造成不能登统成绩或出现差错的，责任自负。

第四条开考时间到，应考人员方可答题。答题应使用2B铅笔在答题卡相应题号选项中填涂应考人员自认为正确的答案代码，答在试卷或草稿纸上均无效。

第五条应考人员不得要求监考人员解释题目，如遇试卷分发错误或试卷字迹模糊等问题，可举手询问。

第六条应考人员要保持考场安静，遵守考试纪律，不得交头接耳、左顾右盼，不得互相抄袭，不得冒名代考。交卷后立即退出考场，不准在考场附近逗留、谈论。

第七条考试结束时间到，应考人员应立即停止答题，将答题卡、试卷及草稿纸翻放在桌面上，经监考人员允许后，方可离开考场，不准将试卷、答题卡及草稿纸带出考场。

第八条应考人员临场生病或遇其他必须临时到考场外处理的事宜，需经监考人员批准，由流动监考人员陪同处理；不能坚持考试的，应终止考试。

第九条应考人员如违反本守则，将视情节轻重，根据《国际注册内部审计师资格考试违纪作弊处罚规则》严肃处理。

具备下列条件之一者，可报名参加考试：

1.具有本科及本科以上学历；

2.具有中级及中级以上专业技术资格；

3.持有注册会计师证书或非执业注册会计师证书；

4.本科院校审计、会计及相关专业四年级学生；

报考资格的审查和确认由设考点的考试组织领导机构负责，并报中国内部审计协会备案。
