一、政策依据《中共深圳市福田区委 深圳市福田区人民政府关于进一步实施福田英才荟若干措施的通知》及《关于进一步实施福田英才荟计划的若干措施》第20条。

二、政策内容获得特许金融分析师、金融风险管理师、北美精算师、英国精算师、澳洲精算师、中国精算师、特许公认会计师等资格证书之一,申报时未认定为深圳市高层次人才或孔雀人才,且在同一家辖区金融机构或金融专业服务机构从事相关专业工作连续三年以上,给予一次性3万元人才奖励。

三、申请条件申报人应在同一家福田辖区金融机构或金融专业服务机构从事相关专业工作连续3年以上。申报人所在机构应满足以下条件中任意一项:

1.持牌金融机构:金融企业总部、一级分支机构及其设立的各类专业子公司,非金融支付服务机构。

2.受地方金融监督管理的金融企业:经深圳市地方金融监督管理局批准或备案监督管理,设立的小额贷款公司、融资担保公司、区域性股权市场、典当行、融资租赁公司、商业保理公司、地方资产管理公司等。

3.私募基金企业:经中国证券投资基金业协会登记备案的私募基金企业。

4.创业投资企业:经深圳市地方金融监督管理局备案的创业投资企业。

5.金融专业服务机构:具有相关资质的征信、资信评估、评级、律师事务所、会计事务所等金融中介服务机构。申报人获得特许金融分析师、金融风险管理师、北美精算师、英国精算师、澳洲精算师、中国精算师、特许公认会计师等资格证书之一。

申报人申报时未认定为深圳市高层次人才或孔雀人才。申报人所在公司应合法合规经营,未因重大违法违规问题受到监管部门处罚,未造成涉众维稳等重大事件,未发表对国家民族不利言论并造成重大社会影响等。

四、支持事项福田区金融持证人才可获得一次性3万元人才奖励。
