被录取的考生，必须持本人身份证、专科毕业证书、《录取通知书》原件，按高校规定的时间入学报到，按照国家和省相关规定、程序注册本科学籍。新生档案材料于新生入学前由原学校转入本科高校，编入本科相应专业三年级学习。对未取得应届毕业资格的，高校不予办理入学报到手续。
