1、调整心态

临近考试，考生容易慌乱，过分紧张或消极。此时大家一定要调整好心态，没有人能够百分之百掌握所有的知识点，所以考前不必慌乱。只要还没有考试，一切都不晚。

2、睡眠充足

要保证充足的睡眠，不要因为要考试了就开夜车，以至打乱了生物钟。另外，按照考试时间安排来调整自己的作息，用一个月时间来让自己习惯，对考场发挥也有帮助。

3、注意饮食
