一、考生须知

根据浙江省教育厅最新疫情防控文件规定和嘉兴学院要求，所有进校人员均需持健康码绿码、体温正常。从国内中高风险地区(根据政府公布为准)进校的考生需提供7天内核酸检测阴性证明或出示包含核酸检测阴性信息的“健康码”绿码;境外返华人员需经政府集中隔离14天，2次核酸以及1次血清检测正常，考试前进行居家健康监测7天后方可申请进校。如出现相关症状(体温异常<≥37.3℃>、干咳、乏力、咽痛、腹泻等之一者)，不得参加考试。

BEC考试要求中国大陆考生必须持二代身份证原件并经过核验后才能参加考试。

考前办理入校审批

非嘉兴学院考生请申请浙江健康码，同时还需配合办理入校手续。具体操作步骤如下：

步骤一： 考生须至少提前一周完成“浙江健康码”的申领(可通过“浙里办”APP或支付宝办理)：

步骤二： QQ搜索“嘉兴学院BEC考生群”(471730243)并申请加入(申请时请考生备注考号末四位+真实姓名)，随时关注并按照群公告通知线上办理相关入校考试申请;

步骤三： 经审核无疑义后，考点将于考前2天统一到学校安保处代为办理入校审批手续。

2. 嘉兴学院考生无需进行入校申请，须凭校园卡+身份证、准考证+考务人员核实确认。

考试期间

考生进入校园后必须全程佩戴口罩(一次性医用口罩或医用外科口罩)，请您自备口罩带到考点使用;

2. 疫情期间，所有考生由越秀校区东门(越秀南路56号)进出，请配合校方的疫情防控要求，例如：准考证查验、健康码扫描、行程码扫描、体温检测等。只有健康码和行程码均为绿码、体温检测低于37.3℃的考生才被允许进入校园;进入校园，请按照路标牌指引进入考场，不要在考场外闲逛逗留;

3. 校外车辆不能入校，陪同家长或亲友不能进入校园或在校门口聚集和长时间等候，社会车辆即停即走;

4. 在进入考场前您将接受体温检测及登记。两次体温检测≥37.3℃的考生将无法参加考试。考生还须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》。如有不满足防控要求的情况将无法参加考试;

5. 在考试当天请保持良好的卫生，遵循考试当天的指引，尽可能和其他考生及考点工作人员保持1米间距;

6.个人健康情况声明

所有考生在考试当天进入考试区域前必须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》，确认可以参加当次BEC考试。考生须保证申报信息真实、准确、完整，并知悉将承担瞒报的法律后果和责任，以及瞒报可能对其产生其它不利影响，例如取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。

备注：除以上要求外，其他疫情防控措施将参照教育部考试中心的海外考试组考防疫工作指南执行，包括1)入场前两次体检测体温均大于或等于摄氏37.3度的考生不得入场，须改期考试;2)每次进入考场前(含中间两次休息入场)会对考生进行体温检测。体温高于或等于37.3度的考生将停止考试，须改期考试等。以上措施若有变化，我们会及时另行通知。
