考生只能选报一个与本人专科所学专业相同或相近的本科招生专业。选报专业一经确定，不得更改。

4.网上缴费。

考生按照规定自行上网缴纳考试费。根据《山东省物价局山东省财政厅关于专科起点升本科入学考试费收费标准有关问题的复函》，专升本考试收费标准为每生120元，仅报考“3+2”转段的考生收费标准为每生60元。

二、填报注意事项。

分两种情况填报：

1.仅报考“3+2”转段的考生选择“仅报3+2转段”，然后按要求选择考试地点和公共课外语对应考试科目，仅报考“3+2”转段考生须参加专升本2门公共基础课考试，包括英语，1门为计算机。

2.兼报“3+2”转段和普通专升本的考生选择“兼报3+2转段和普通专升本”，然后选择考试地点、公共外语课程，同时选报一个与本人专科所学专业相同或相近的本科招生专业，其考试科目应与普通专升本考试科目相同，否则不得兼报。

三、考试时间。
