1.具有国家承认的本科及本科以上学历；

2.具有国家承认的学士及学士以上学位；

3.海外留学生所持国外文凭需经第三方权威机构（如，教育部留学服务中心等）办理国外学历学位认证后方可报名；

4.具有省级及省级以上人力资源保障部门颁发的中级及中级以上相关专业技术资格；

5.持有注册会计师证书或非执业注册会计师证书；

6.在校学习的全日制本科院校审计、会计及相关专业四年级学生，毕业（即取得毕业证书）当年方可报名参加考试，毕业当年未取得毕业证书前报考需提供学校（或有关部门、院系）出具的证明。
