1、什么是ID?

ID是IIA各项考试和CCMS中最重要的一个数据(目前一般为7位数字)，是登陆CCMS系统必须使用到的数据，请考生得到后妥善保存。

在IIA的各项考试中，ID、 纸笔考试中的“准考证号” 、 纸笔考试老考生CCMS中文版登陆页面的默认“用户名” 、纸笔考试老考生CCMS英文版登陆页面的默认“username”是同一个概念。

历年纸笔考试中，同一个考生使用的都是同一个准考证号码

即：ID = 准考证号 = 纸笔老考生默认用户名 = 纸笔老考生默认username

2、资格状态有哪几种，分别是什么意思?

登陆CCMS主页后，会看到某项资格处在何种状态。以CIA为例，如果状态显示为Approved，则代表参加CIA考试已被批准，正在考取CIA的进程中。

第一类：某项资格考试的状态(Program Status)

(可在考生“主页”查看到)

Applied - 申请中。正在申请某项考试，尚未提供审核材料或已提供审核材料、尚未通过考点审核。

Approved - 考试申请已通过审核。下一步可以填写科目申请表，报考科目了，在四年有效期内通过考试即可。

Application Ineligible - 申请已过期。考试申请表90天有效期已过，若还要继续报考，需重新填写申请表、缴纳申请费。

Application Expired - 考试四年有效期已过。

Certified - 已注册。通过考试后的正常状态，表明考生一直按照IIA的要求进行后续教育、报告年检。

Inactive(Grace Period)- 过渡期状态。通过考试后的非正常状态，表明考生上一年度未报告年检。该状态有效期为一年。

Inactive - 非活动状态。通过考试后的非正常状态，表明考生已至少连续两年未报告年检。

第二类：考试申请表格的状态(Application Form Status)

(可在“已完成表格”中查看到)

Approved - 待审核。申请表已经填写完成、申请费已经缴纳成功，下一步应把审核材料发给考点指定邮箱，等待通过审核。

Pending - 待验证。考生填写申请表时，“是否有犯罪记录项”选择了“是”，需要向考点提供法律判决书等文件，考点提交IIA处理后考试方可被批准。(该状态主页不可见，只能在“已完成表格”项中查看到)

3、交费之后不想参加考试了，可以退费吗》

不能。IIA规定，考生一旦通过CCMS缴纳了申请费(报名费)或考务费，将不予退费。请广大考生谨慎付款。

4、是否有发票?

IIA无法提供税务发票，只能打印付款页面作为报销凭证，请需要报销考试费用的考生谨慎处理。
