4.瘤胃酸中毒
病性：瘤胃酸中毒又称反刍兽乳酸酸中毒，是瘤胃积食的一种特殊类型。由于突然采食了大量富含碳水化合物饲料，引起瘤胃内发生以生成乳酸为主的异常发酵，致使瘤胃内微生物活性降低的一种急性消化不良综合症。
临床特征：瘤胃内充满稀软的内容物，重度脱水，食欲废绝，瘤胃蠕动停止，高乳酸血症，病程短急。
5.创伤性网胃心包炎
病性：创伤性网胃心包炎是由于采食的饲料中含有铁丝、针、钉等金属异物，落入网胃，并穿透网胃壁，刺过膈肌和心包，引起创伤性网胃心包炎;若穿透网胃后，刺伤腹膜，则引起创伤性网胃腹膜炎。
临床特征：表现为急性或慢性前胃弛缓、瘤胃反复臌胀，心区触诊疼痛，听诊击水音或摩擦音，颈静脉怒张。
6.瓣胃阻塞
病性：是由前胃弛缓，瓣胃收缩力减弱，内容物充满而干涸所引起的瓣胃阻塞和扩张，导致严重消化不良所引起。中兽医称为“百叶干”。因内容物停滞压迫，胃壁麻痹，瓣叶坏死，引起全身机能变化，是牛的一种严重的胃脏疾病。
临床特征：食欲不振或废绝，瘤胃蠕动减弱、瓣胃蠕动音低沉或消失，鼻镜干燥、龟裂，排粪次数减少，甚至停止，粪便干小成球，象算盘珠样的，触诊瓣胃敏感性增高，穿刺瓣胃时阻力大，扣诊浊音区过大。
7.口炎
病性：口炎是口腔黏膜及其深层组织的炎症.
临床特征：口腔黏膜潮红、流涎、采食、咀嚼障碍为特征。
8.食道阻塞
病性：是由吞咽物过于粗大和/或吞咽机能紊乱所导致的物体突然阻塞于食管内引起的疾病。
