一、已经完成支付的考生，可变更考试级别吗?

报名成功的考生不能更换考试级别。

三、何时打印准考证?

请考生在笔试考试日的前五天之内登录报名网站的个人账户，自行下载并使用A4纸打印准考证。

四、如果忘记了注册时自定义的密码怎么办?

请登录剑桥商务英语证书考试报名网站，点击考生登录栏下方“忘记密码?”键，然后根据系统提示输入系统验证过的电子邮箱和验证码，再点击“发送邮件验证”，系统将自动向考生的邮箱发送重置密码的链接，考生收到邮件后，点击链接重新设置密码即可。

五、各个级别的能力要求、考试时长和试卷结构与是什么?

BEC分为BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage和BEC Higher由低至高三个级别。每个级别分别描述英语学习者所具备的听、说、读、写四项技能。

六、考试当天，我需要携带哪些东西?

考试当日，您需要携带：

1、报名时使用的同一个身份证/护照原件

2、准考证

3、需要携带文具：蓝色或黑色的水笔、2B/HB铅笔、橡皮

七、考试当天我需要在什么时间到达考点呢?
