一、词汇联想记忆法
单词联想(WordAssociation)理论。这个理论认为词汇在头脑中不是单独存在，而是以一张大网的形式，相互联系而生的。简单的来说就是由一个词汇联想到与之相关的更多词汇。比如由“人”联想到“男人”“女人”“孩童”甚至是“外星人”。
二、碎片化背单词
商务英语的初级词汇，总量也就这么多。带一个小本子或者下载一个app。在空闲的时候记一下。这样才能有效地利用我们的时间。当然在此期间不一定是要背下来，熟悉熟悉词意也同样不错。
三、背单词和写作结合

其次就是按照不同的分类详细记忆，这里是从音标，词性，词义，拼写全方位的记忆，这过程是最难坚持的，一定静下心来，排除一切的扰乱，习惯了这个过程之后，就会有一种很大的成就感，然后可以联想记忆，举一反三，提高记忆单词的效率，还有注意对单词的运用，实战演练，很多时候我们记忆词汇的历程都是边记边忘，一直做着无用功的，所以一定要将词汇套用在语句中不断的使用，这样你才能保持着词汇最深的印象。
最后就是抽查记忆了，这个步骤是建立在你已经掌握大部分单词的条件下，帮助你不断的检查你记忆的效果，你可以叫身边的朋友帮助你抽查，默写词汇，这样可以提高你对于词汇的把握性，在这个过程中不断的查漏补缺，最后就能达到深刻于脑海中的效果。
