疫情干扰，2020年英语专四专八考试延期通知！

近日来，全国各地都饱受新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情干扰。鉴于当前疫情的严重形式，大部分高校，包括北京外国语大学都采取了延迟开学的措施。
