2020年10月辽宁自考考生报名要求

2020年下半年，我省自学考试继续实行网络化管理，理论课报名、实践课报名、转考申请报名、免考申请报名和毕业申请报名等都通过辽宁省高等教育自学考试网上服务平台办理。考生在报名前需要进行网上注册，未按时完成网上注册的考生无法报名、考试。

网上注册

1. 新生网上注册首次参加自学考试的考生为“新生”。新生必须使用有效身份证件号办理注册，同时具有居民身份证及其它有效身份证件的考生，须使用居民身份证件号进行注册。考生须使用IE8及以上版本浏览器登陆自学考试网上服务平台进行注册，通过“无准考证考生注册入口”进入，填写个人基本信息、邮箱及本人常用手机号码等联系方式。注册时需上传本人近期免冠正面电子证件照片，上传照片要求：近期、蓝底、免冠，JPG或JPEG格式，大小不能超过40k、不能小于15K。照片作为考生考籍图像信息保存，并将用于毕业证书。考生信息注册完成后，须在系统提示规定时间内，凭有效身份证件到各市、区招生考试机构指定地点，确认个人身份信息。现场确认成功后，考生注册的手机号码会收到登陆报考的密码和准考证号，考生可凭借密码和准考证号在规定时间内登陆自学考试网上服务平台进行理论课报名。现场确认后的重要身份信息将不能更改。

2.老考生网上注册已在我省取得《辽宁省自学考试准考证》的考生，均为“老考生”。考生须使用IE8及以上版本浏览器登陆自学考试网上服务平台进行注册，通过“有准考证考生注册入口”进入，填写本人之前在我省已有的准考证号、身份证号、姓名等信息，登陆后完善个人基本信息，填写本人常用手机号码等联系方式。注册完成后默认的登陆密码将发送至考生本人手机号码，用于报名等操作，须妥善保存。
