1.预报名不缴费，正式报名再缴费可以吗?
原则上是可以的，但是考研的小伙伴们要注意了，有些报考人数多的考点有明文规定，报考点报名人数达到上限，就会关闭考点。
2.为什么在网上支付成功仍显示“未交费”?
由于各系统的差异或网络稳定因素，有可能不能及时反馈交费是否成功。考生可在第二天进行查询，确认是否已经划款，如果确认交费成功并且对应的报名号无误，即使报名系统显示“未交费”也不会影响报名。
3.重复网上支付如何退款?

4.现场确认并缴费，怎么显示“未交费”?
网报系统中的交费状态只针对开通了网上支付的省市而言。只要确定顺利完成了现场确认并已缴费，即为报名成功，不用再查看网报系统中的交费状态。
5.什么情况下必须通过网上支付报名费?
只有报考点选择在北京、天津、河北、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、江苏、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、海南、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、甘肃、青海、宁夏的考生需要网上支付报考费，需在网上报名期间完成网上支付。
选择其他省市报考点的考生，请查阅报考点和省级招办发布的网报公告，及时了解交费方式，公告中未做特殊说明的，请在现场确认时支付报考费。
6.网上支付成功后还是否可以修改报名信息?
网上报名时间截止之前，可以修改除“招生单位、报考点、考试方式”等报考关键信息以外的内容。
7.网上支付报名费是否一定要用本人的银行卡?
不限制必须使用报名用户本人银行卡，只要使用具有网上支付功能的有效银行卡交费即可。
8.如何判断网报是否已成功缴费?
(1)查阅北京、天津、河北、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、江苏、安徽、福建、江西、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、广西、海南、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、甘肃、青海、宁夏等25个省市区发布的信息，获取咨询方式。
(2)通过用户名和密码登录到研招网报名系统中查询缴费标志是否已变更为已缴费。
