【教学过程】
(一)开始部分
1.课堂常规：体委整队，报告人数，师生问好，教师简要介绍教学内容，检查服装，宣布课堂纪律，安排见习生。
2.导入：同学们，之前我们在乒乓球技术的学习中，削球技术学过什么呢?嗯，很好，正手削球，今天呢，校园乒乓球反手削球运动员训练营就要开训了，同学们想不想参加?嗯，看来大家都想成为最强反手削球手，那么今天，我们就来学习乒乓球削球技术当中的反手削球。
(二)准备部分
1.慢跑
全班学生绕乒乓球场地最外侧慢跑，在慢跑过程中跟随老师模仿五禽动作。
2.韵律哑铃操练习
组织教学：四列横队体操队形，每人一副哑铃，在教师带领下于音乐中进行练习。
要求：动作到位，节奏感强。
3.专项练习
复习正手攻球、反手攻球以及正手削球技术动作。
组织教学：学生四人为一组去指定乒乓球桌进行练习。

(三)基本部分

2.讲解
左脚稍后，身体略向左侧，拍形竖立，引拍至肩高;前臂在上臂的带动下，随着身体重心移动向下、向前、向右挥动;在来球下降前期，击球中下部，手腕控制好拍形，并有摩擦球的动作。
3.练习
(1)无球持拍模仿反手削球练习。
(2)分组练习：一人发平击球，另一人反手削球练习。

易犯错为拍面过于后仰，纠正方法为练习中强调学生在练习中有拍面稍竖的意识。
(3)分组练习：采取变化削球路线的方式练习。

易犯错误为击球后前臂前送不够、球下网，纠正方法为练习削远球，体会上臂前送动作。

4.比赛：乒乓球双打比赛
比赛规则：学生分成四组，进行淘汰制双打比赛，强调比赛中要多运用反手削球技术，最后获胜者即为冠军。
