关于2019年第四次机考审核报考时间的通知

各位考生：

按照《2019年CIA考试报考简章》，2019年第四次考试考点资质审核时间和报考科目时间均为2019年10月1日—10月20日，法定公休假期、节假日考点不作审核，但考生可以发送资质审核的邮件。按照《2019年CCSA考试报考简章》的规定，第四次考生报考科目时间为2019年10月1日—10月20日。该审核报考时间的确定、CCMS考试管理系统中科目报考表的开放和关闭均由国际内部审计师协会（IIA）直接负责。

请广大考生仔细阅读报考简章，注意上述时间安排，避免因错过审核报名或在规定期间内未完成全部审核报考程序影响考试。

此外，IIA已对CIA考试相关政策作出了调整：自2019年9月1日起，CIA考试成绩有效期由4年变更为3年，考生在完成考试申请、通过资质审核后，须在3年内通过所有考试科目，否则所有已通过科目成绩作废、考试申请作废（2019年9月1日前经考点资质审核通过的考生，成绩有效期不变，仍然为4年）。

为保障广大考生的权益，经我会与IIA协商，IIA同意将在中国（除香港特别行政区和台湾地区外）施行新政策的时间推迟到2019年10月20日以后。在北京时间10月20日17：00前（即2019年第四次考点资质审核时间结束前）完成考试申请并通过资质审核的中国（除香港特别行政区和台湾地区外）考生，考试成绩有效期仍然为4年；在此之后完成考试申请并通过资质审核的考生，按新政策的要求执行，考试成绩有效期为3年。

由于系统设置原因，IIA无法为9月1日后、10月20日前完成资质审核的中国（除香港特别行政区和台湾地区外）考生单独设置考试成绩有效期，因此上述考生在10月20日17：00前完成资质审核后，系统自动显示考试成绩有效期为3年。IIA将会在20日后进行统一调整，确保符合条件的考生的有效期由3年恢复为4年。待IIA完成考试成绩有效期调整后，我会将通过协会官网和微信公众号另行通知。
