一、第四次CIA报名时间安排：

二、报名流程

对于首次参加IIA考试的新考生，报考共分为建立账户、申请考试并缴纳申请费、审核资质、报考科目并缴纳考务费、考生自行预约考试、参加考试、通知正式成绩、发放证书八个步骤。

第1步：建立账户。首次参加考试的新考生需要在CCMS系统中建立一个账户，建立账户后考生CIA考试状态为空白。

第2步：申请考试并缴纳申请费。在CCMS系统中所建账户里填写CIA考试申请表(CIA Application - Chinese Simplified)并在线缴纳申请费，成功缴纳申请费以后，考生CIA考试状态更新为“已申请”(Applied)状态。

第3步：审核资质。考生在考点资质审核时间段内向考点提供证明材料(通过电子邮件发送证明材料至各考点审核邮箱);各考点在考点资质审核时间段内完成审核。提交材料和资质审核工作应当在获得已申请状态后的90天内完成。审核获得通过以后，考生CIA考试状态更新为“已批准”(Approved)状态。该状态有效期持续时间为3年，考生需在上述3年内通过3个科目的考试，方可取得证书。3年成绩有效期结束后，如仍未能全科通过，则所有已通过的科目成绩失效，考生需重新申请考试和接受资质审核方可再次参加考试。

第4步：报考科目并缴纳考务费。CIA考试获得“已批准”状态的考生，可在考生报考科目时间内登录CCMS系统报考尚未通过的科目，即填写科目报考表，如科目1报考表CIA - Part 1 (3 Part Version) - Exam Registration - IIA China(或CIA - Part 1 (3 Part Version) - Exam Registration – Chinese Simplified)，并缴纳考务费。所有费用一旦缴纳，不予退还。

第5步：考生自行预约考试。成功缴纳考务费以后，可获得有效期为180天的考试授权，考生可在上述180天内的预约开放时间里登陆Pearson VUE预约系统或拨打预约考试电话400-120-0832，预约考试时间、地点和考试语种。考生预约成功后，如要取消预约或改期，考生必须在考试月份开始前的至少两个自然日之前完成取消或改期，并缴纳取消预约或改期费用，费用由Pearson VUE直接收取，标准为50美元/次，取消预约或改期无次数限制。如考生在180天内未完成预约和考试，考试授权将会失效，所缴纳的考务费和改期费不予退还。如希望重新参加考试，需重新报考科目并缴纳考务费和预约考试。

第6步：参加考试。考生根据预约的时间和地点，前往Pearson VUE考场(考场是指考生实际参加考试的场所，主要职责为提供考试环境、考试用计算机设备等。考场的预约、安排等由Pearson VUE负责)参加考试，并于考试结束后当场获知考试成绩。

第7步：通知正式成绩。考生参加考试后30天内，CCMS系统会以电子邮件的方式正式通知考生考试成绩。 如考生在考场获知考试成绩与CCMS电子邮件正式通知成绩不一致，成绩以后者为准。

第8步：发放证书。考生通过全部考试科目后，应及时登录CCMS系统，按证书领取流程要求操作，保证按时领取证书。
