三、考试科目和范围

第一部分：《内部审计基础》

考察领域：内部审计基础、独立性与客观性、专业能力及应有的职业审慎、质量保证与改进程序、治理、风险管理和控制、舞弊风险。

第二部分：《内部审计实务》

考察领域：管理内部审计活动、计划审计业务、执行审计业务、沟通审计业务结果并监督进展。

第三部分：《内部审计知识要素》

考察领域包括：业务敏感度、信息安全、信息技术、财务管理。

四、报考费用

1、申请费(35美元)；

2、考务费：科目一140美元；科目二120美元；科目三120美元。

二、考生类型和所需交费类型

1、首次参加CIA考试的新考生：需填写考试申请表并缴纳申请费，待资质审核通过后填写科目报考表并缴纳考务费。

2、以前参加过CIA考试(包括纸笔考试和机考)的老考生：在成绩有效期内的，无需重复填写考试申请表和缴纳申请费，仅需填写科目报考表和缴纳考务费。

3、以前参加过CIA考试(包括纸笔考试和机考)的老考生：成绩有效期满仍未全科通过拟继续参加考试的，需重新填写考试申请表和缴纳申请费，进行资质审核，并在资质审核通过后填写科目报考表和缴纳考务费。

关于考试费用的说明：考试费用由IIA规定，与目前国际标准相比，中国(除香港特别行政区和台湾地区外)现实行较低的费用标准，今后费用标准将逐步提高。根据IIA的规定，学生不再享受半价优惠。
