一、CIA会员出现下列情形之一，将自动丧失会员资格：

1、单位会员两年不按规定缴纳会费，个人会员一年不按规定缴纳会费;

2、两年不按要求参加中国内部审计协会活动;

3、不再符合会员条件;

4、丧失民事行为能力;

5、个人会员被剥夺政治权利。

注：会员退会必须书面通知中国内部审计协会并交回会员证。会员退会、自动丧失会员资格或被除名后，其在中国内部审计协会相应的职务、权利、义务自行终止。由单位会员推荐的理事或常务理事，如本人同时为个人会员，在失去个人会员资格时，其理事或常务理事职务可以保留。

二、CIA会员资格变更/取消

1、两个或两个以上单位会员合并，原会员资格由存续方或新设方继承;

2、单位会员分立成两个或两个以上具备会员条件的机构，原会员资格由其中一个机构继承，其余机构可另行申请加入本会。

会员如有违反法律法规和《章程》的行为，经理事会或常务理事会表决通过后，视情节轻重，给予下列处分：

1、警告;2、通报批评;3、暂停行使会员权利;4、除名。

三、会员可享受的服务

1、单位会员：

B、免费获取中国内部审计协会出版的重要书籍和研究报告;

C、参加中国内部审计协会组织的面授培训可享受会员价;

D、浏览和接收专属职业资讯;

E、参加中国内部审计协会组织的会议等活动享受会员价。

2、个人会员：

A、通过中国内部审计协会购买内部审计专业书籍享受优惠价;

B、参加中国内部审计协会组织的网络培训可享受优惠价;

C、参加中国内部审计协会组织的会议等活动可享受会员价;

D、浏览和接收专属职业资讯;

E、享受证书考试方面的相关优惠政策。

中国内部审计协会秘书处会定期审核上述服务清单，根据工作的开展情况和会员的需求对专属服务进行调整和增补。
