经历证明即证明考生本人具备取得CIA资格所要求的工作经历，必须在3年成绩有效期之内完成，否则已通过的考试科目成绩失效，无法取得CIA资格，下面我们一起来看看具体的操作流程。

1. 填写工作经历并通过系统发送验证邮件

(1)在CCMS中考生主页上的“认证进度”下点击“管理我的认证”，进入“复核并提交”页面，点击屏幕左侧菜单栏中的“工作经历”，进入“经历证明”(时长要求)页面，页面上方根据考生学历/学位显示所需累积工作经历时长。

(2)点击“添加”，进入“经历验证”(考生)页面，根据实际情况选择所添加的工作经历是否考生当前职务，选择工作经历起止时间，填写单位名称和职务，选择主要工作内容，填写该工作经历所在城市(此步骤中所有信息可填写中文)，在下拉菜单中选择所在国家和省份，点击“保存”回到“经历证明”页面。重复本步骤，直至添加工作经历累计时长满足取证要求。如需填写多项工作经历，请注意工作起止时间不应发生重叠。

(3)点击“继续”，进入“经历验证”(证明人)页面，选择证明人(证明人应至少满足以下两个条件之一：①为考生目前在单位的主管，②为其他持有有效CIA/CCSA/CRMA等IIA颁发的证书的人员，工作经历证明人可以与品德证明人为同一人)当前状态，填写其姓名和邮箱，选择首选语言，点击“发送验证”。

(4)确认信息无误后，点击“发送验证”。此时在CCMS中考生主页上的认证进度下“经历证明”处显示提交时间，状态更新为“待审”。

2. 完成工作经历验证

(1)工作经历证明人的邮箱将会收到题为“请提供工作经历验证”的邮件，由证明人在邮件中进入证明链接，勾选“据我所知，(考生姓名)所报告的工作经历属实”，并点击“提交”，从而完成考生的工作经历证明。

(2)考生本人会收到邮件，告知工作经历验证已被批准，CCMS中考生主页上的“认证进度”下“经历证明”处状态由“待审”更新为“已批准”，表明工作经历验证已完成。
