该状态有效期持续时间为4年，考生需在4年内通过3个科目的考试，方可取得证书。4年成绩有效期结束后，如仍未能全科通过，则所有已通过的科目成绩失效，考生需重新申请考试和接受资质审核方可再次参加考试。
