自考毕业想考司法考试，怎么报名呀

1、符合以下条件人员，可以报名参加国家司法考试：　

　　⑴具有中华人民共和国国籍；

　　⑵拥护《中华人民共和国宪法》，享有选举权和被选举权；

　　⑶具有完全民事行为能力；

　　⑷高等学校法律专业本科毕业或者高等学校非法律专业本科毕业并具有法律专业知识；

　　⑸品行良好。

　　普通高等学校下一年度应届本科毕业生可以报名参加国家司法考试。

　　持香港、澳门、台湾地区或者国外高等学校学历（学位）证书报名的，其学历（学位）证书须经教育部留学服务中心认证，符合报考学历（学位）条件的，可以报名参加国家司法考试。

　　2、有下列情形之一的人员不能报名参加考试，已经办理报名手续的，报名无效：

　　⑴因故意犯罪受过刑事处罚的；

　　⑵曾被国家机关开除公职或者曾被吊销律师执业证、公证员执业证的；

　　⑶被处以二年内不得报名参加国家司法考试期限未满或者被处以终身不得报名参加国家司法考试的；

　　⑷提供虚假证明材料或者以其他形式骗取报名的。

　　⒊已经取得A类法律职业资格证书人员，或者已经取得B类法律职业资格证书但尚未取得高等学校本科以上毕业学历的人员，不得再次报名参加国家司法考试。

　　各省、自治区、直辖市所辖自治县（旗），各自治区所辖县（旗），各自治州所辖县；国务院审批确定的十四个集中连片特殊困难地区所辖县（市、区）和国家扶贫开发工作重点县（市、区）；山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南等中部六省比照实施西部大开发有关政策的县（市、区）（不属于国家或者省扶贫开发工作重点的县级市、区除外）；内蒙古、广西、四川、贵州、云南、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆等西部九省、自治区所辖县（市、区）；重庆、陕西省（市）所辖县（包括省级扶贫开发工作重点县级市、区和享受民族自治地方政策的县级市、区）；西藏自治区所辖市、地区、县、县级市、市辖区，可以将报名学历条件放宽为高等学校法律专业专科学历。

现在英语四级过了但成绩单没有能申请自考免考吗

不能。从明年起国家取消用四六级代替英语（一、二）。而且，四六级三大考试中心也全部撤销，证书的查询电话都成空号了。如果你想免考英语（二），去考pets3，拿到笔试合格证就可以办理免考手续。北京明年起就取消4、6级替代本科英语的规定了。明年起四级不能免考英语（二），能免考的pets3难度要稍大于英语（二）。

自考英语二过了能不能申请英语四级

英语二是必须要过的.如果英语二过不了就不能取得大学本科的毕业证书,所以也影响到拿学位.

1.如果您目前大学本科证在手.那么你必须去参加每年四月或者十二月举行的大学英语学位申请考试.根据你的专业选择你要考的语种...
一般非英语专业选择的语种都是英语.

2.如果您目前本科没有毕业的话,那么必须要去考英语二.

3.过了所有大本必考的课目外,你还要有英语四级证书.没有的话你就要按照我刚才所说的1.进行.....如果您大学本科过了.而又有英语四等证书.你要在每年六月份提出申请免考.经过自学考试办公室书面文件确认.你就可以免考.

自考本科可不可以考公务员?

自考本科能否考公务员呀！！

成教和自考可以报考公务员，但是必须在拿到毕业证以后你才能报考，否则不行，这是对成教和自考等非统招毕业生报考公务员的规定．

当然可以哦学友你好：国民教育系列的统招、自考、函授、电大等均可参加公务员考试，建议好好准备，同时取得学士学位，有些职位除了专业要求外还规定有学士学位。
