1、如果忘记了注册时自定义的密码怎么办?

请登录剑桥商务英语证书考试报名网站，点击考生登录栏下方“忘记密码”键，然后根据系统提示输入系统验证过的电子邮箱和验证码，再点击“发送邮件验证”，系统将自动向考生的邮箱发送重置密码的链接，考生收到邮件后，点击链接重新设置密码即可。

2、考试当天，考生需要携带哪些东西?

考试当日，考生需要携带：

报名时使用的同一个身份证/护照原件;

准考证;

需要携带文具：蓝色或黑色的水笔、2B/HB铅笔、橡皮;

允许携带一瓶塑料瓶装白水;
