过来人经验备考之BEC商务英语中级考试!

对于步入社会的人们来说,想要进一步提升自己的职业水平不是不可以,商务英语考试就是一个很好地提升自己的机会。今天51题库考试学习网先为你带来BEC商务英语中级考试的过来人经验备考!

我的备考过程还是比较周折的。刚开始纠结的问题是觉得中级的含金量不高,但是又怕过不了高级。大三的时候六级刚过,我就报考了BEC商务英语(高级)考试,但是准备不足,没有过。由于大四要实习,实习的公司其中有一项要求是要具备“BEC商务英语”中高级证书。最后不得不正视问题,到学院咨询了我的老师。

老师给我的建议是不论报哪一个程度的考试,先要了解自己的考试目的,再根据自己的英语水平和复习时间长短决定。因为BEC考的是对英语在商业上的综合利用能力,最好先系统地学习一下相关教材。

由于当时又要上班又要上学,时间非常紧迫,基本都是利用晚上时间进行复习。平均一周复习不够10小时,进度非常慢。为了寻找突破点,我还是周末报了集训班,系统地学习。

复习的时间和学习资料安排:

① 复习时间:8月开始复习,共用了3个月,每周10小时。

② 复习过程:每天背诵15个商务词汇并造句,因为我之前有学雅思,如果用雅思的写作方法学习,会对商务英语有提升。每2天完成阅读和听力的卷子。

③ 复习材料:自己听取老师建议后选择的一整天商务英语书籍。

个人认为没有基础或者只考过了四级的同学,不太适合报考BEC商务英语,毕竟四级学的是基础水平。

如果有六级或以上的同学可以尝试从BEC商务英语中级开始,对于我来说商务英语高级还是存在一定的难度。如能在学习商务英语的时候结合实际的工作经验,在工作中运用,会事半功倍,所以商务英语高级考试建议参加的同学是大三大四的学生,不宜过早(大一大二的同学如果有充足的时间准备也是可以尝试)。
