一、小作文
小作文的体裁一般是email或者备忘录、便条。
1、首先审题,看清题目要求,划出重点词,确定所写的体裁是备忘录、电子邮件还是便条。
2、在草稿纸上列出大纲,整理好行文计划。
3、建议在十分钟内写完小作文,注意不要抄写题目的原话,尽量变换一下句式,如果实在写不出来,可以把题目要求补充为完整的作文,字数控制在要求范围内,多字少字都会影响分数,行文简洁清楚即可。
4、还有一个值得注意的地方是注意行文语气的正式程度,比如上级对下级交流、平级交流,语气不用特别客气正式,下级对上级留言则需要采用正式语气、称呼等。同时需要注重礼貌用语。
5、写完后看一遍,检查有无语法错误、拼写错误、格式错误即可。
6、注意卷面整洁、书写优美。
二、大作文
大作文的体裁通常是letter、report、proposal。
要想写好大作文,平时需要多背写作模板和常用句型,建议同一种句型可以多背一些不同的表达方式,这样作文更加生动地道。除了背诵这些句式,还需要学习写作观点,可以从口语材料里面归纳整理要点。
背多了这些模板套路还要去活学活用,用自己的话去表达观点。避免作文模板痕迹太重,拿不到高分。
