1.快速审题技巧

首先要非常熟悉听力题型，不光是题目呈现形式，题目间隔的时间和读题时间都要烂熟于心。反复利用官方真题进行练习，是了解这方面细节信息的最佳方式。

另外，大家要注意熟悉题干信息。仔细观察大家不难发现，相同题型的题干部分信息是基本相同的，只是个别key words不同。所以在听录音时完全不必听题干介绍的部分，快速扫读下key words 即可。这样省去大量时间，可以用于提前阅读题目具体内容及选项，为后面理解录音内容奠定基础。

2.集中注意力技巧

在熟悉题型的基础上，听力备考练习的时间也非常关键，BEC的听力考试不同于其它大多数考试，是安排在阅读和写作考试之后进行的，也就是上午11点左右时间开始。因此在考前一个月左右的时间，建议大家安排上午11点这个时间多进行听力的练习，以确保这个时间自己的“听力开关”是打开的状态。

3.如何消除听力考试的紧张情绪

特别提醒容易在听力考试紧张的同学，如果因为紧张或是其他原因错过某个句子或是相关信息，不要慌，BEC听力考试的所有录音都是放两边的，第一遍不要硬性要求自己给出完美的答案，只要做到熟悉录音，回答有把握的题目就足够了。合理利用好第二遍则十分关键，查缺补漏，第一遍听得云里雾里的内容说不定第二遍就豁然开朗了。总之沉重应对最为重要。
