一、报考对象及报考条件：

凡中华人民共和国公民，不受年龄、民族、种族、性别、信仰、职业和已受教育程度的限制，遵纪守法，按照我省开考专业考试计划均可自愿选择专业报考。对有特殊要求的专业，考生须按有关规定报名。

自学考试分专科和本科两种学历层次：

1.报考专科没有学历要求，但报考专科文科的考生，凡未取得高中、中专、中技、职高毕业文凭的，须加考“计算机应用基础”;报考专科专理科的考生，凡未取得高中、中专、中技、职高毕业文凭的，要加考“大学语文”。

2.申请本科毕业时，必须出具国家承认学历的专科毕业证书方可办理。 报考医学类护理学专业人员须取得省级卫生行政部门颁发的执业护士证书，非在职人员不得报考。 提倡在职人员按照学用一致的原则，选择专业报考。病残者应选报与自己身体情况相适应的专业，不影响所报专业学习。

二、面向非在校生开考专业：

1.本科层次：经济学、金融学、法学、思想政治教育、教育学、科学教育、人文教育、艺术教育、学前教育、体育教育、汉语言文学、英语、广告学、计算机科学与技术、消防工程、工商管理、市场营销、会计学、行政管理、采购管理、区域经济开发与管理、教育管理。

2.专科层次：体育教育、园艺技术、建筑工程技术、护理、金融管理、会计、工商企业管理、市场营销、采购与供应管理、旅游管理、广告设计与制作、学前教育、小学教育、文秘、消防指挥、法律事务、公共关系、行政管理、区域经济开发与管理、新闻学、汉语言文学、英语。

三、面向高职高专和中职学校在校生开考专业：以下专业为学分互认试点专业，非在校考生不能报考，若错报，成绩将不予认可。

1.本科层次：商务英语、机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、汽车服务工程、冶金工程、宝石及材料工艺学、电气工程及其自动化、电子信息工程、物联网工程、土木工程、测绘工程、地质工程、交通运输、农学、园林、护理学、药学、信息管理与信息系统、工程管理、工程造价、财务管理、国际商务、人力资源管理、公共关系学、电子商务、旅游管理、酒店管理、视觉传达设计、环境设计、数字媒体艺术、网络营销与管理。

2.专科层次：工程造价、机械制造与自动化、数控技术、电气自动化技术、汽车检测与维修技术、计算机网络技术、药学、财务管理、酒店管理、应用化学。

四、网上报名时间、现场确认时间及地点：

第一、非在校生报名及确认时间：

网上报名时间：2020年2月18日至2月28日下午17时。

现场确认时间及地点：2020年2月18日至2月28日下午17时工作日，逾期不再受理。具体确认时间由各州、县招生考试机构的报名确认点确定。如考生在规定时间内未到确认点进行信息现场确认，则当次报名无效。

第二、学分互认试点专业集体报名及确认时间：2020年3月3日至3月6日下午17时，逾期不再受理。
