问答题“江山12号”轮右主机机损事故
2005年5月27日“江山12号”轮（14航次，申—渝线，主机型号12V20/27）航行至丰都水域。16：00时左右接班的三管轮和机工对有关设备进行检查后，进入集控室完成了交接班手续。16：06时值班人员听到“咚咚”的异响声，急忙跑出集控室，发现响声是从右主机前部发出。三管轮立即拉下应急车钟手柄至“停车”位置，并布置机工去喊轮机长后，返回集控室用电话通知驾驶台停车。随后三管轮又来到右主机前将遥控手柄从遥控位转至手动位，把启动钥匙转至“停车”位置。16：07时驾驶台接到机舱右主机的停车要求，16：08时右主机停车。停车过程中右主机前部发出“乒乒乓乓”的声音，道门随后被打烂，右主机完全停止了运转。16：10时轮机长、轮机部其他人员和随船指导轮机长进入机舱。轮机长布置专人监视左主机和发电机等运行情况后，率领轮机部其他人员开始对右主机进行检查、抢修。
经检查，发现右主机B6缸进气阀杆从阀盘圆弧交界处断裂，阀盘掉入气缸；排气阀变形；缸套船舯处被打破（121mm×50mm的三角形缺口和φ26mm的孔洞各一个）；缸套内表面严重拉伤；活塞外表面严重拉伤，顶部向下裂开200mm（活塞全高265mm），顶部有多处凹坑且横向开裂；机架船舯6#道门上方缺损140×110mm，下方缺损170×70mm，道门中部有一裂缝至机架下缘；船边6#道门上方缺损170×100mm，下方缺损170×100mm至机架下缘；A6缸缸套下支承凸缘在船舯处被打损80×100mm；B6缸连杆中部处断裂；B6缸盖内表面出现凹坑。“江山12号”事故原因分析
