一、模仿标准的语音语调

三、精听和泛听相结合，要有耐心，贵在坚持。

精听虽然有些费时，但是效果是显著的。而泛听对听力也有作用，但主要起到巩固作用，大多数听力问题是必须经过精听才能解决。所以，建议前期为了习惯英语发音，尽量以精听为主，泛听为辅。精听时，对反复听也听不懂的内容，要认真分析听不懂的原因，可以把听到的内容边复述边写出来。这样，听力、记忆力、口语和阅读能力都可以得到提高。泛听通常是以掌握大意为目的，细节的掌握不太重要。听力提高不是一朝一夕的事情，要有足够的耐心，贵在坚持。只要多听，多说，多读，多写，善于学习、善于总结我们就一定能提高听力能力。
