 中华人民共和国公民，不受性别、年龄、民族、种族、学历、身体健康状况、居住地等限制(不限制户口，可在异地报考毕业)，均可按省级自学考试机构规定的时间和地点报名参加考试。对有特殊要求的专业，考生须按有关规定报名。待考生办理本科毕业证书时，必须交验国家承认学历的专科及以上学历证书原件，否则，不给办理本科毕业证书。专科在读的情况也可以报考本科，只是领本科毕业证的时候必须要有国民教育系列的专科毕业证。
