一、有哪些企业是ACCA认可雇主 

ACCA培养的是能够为企业增值的全才型会计师。ACCA认为员工的成长是企业成功的核心要素。因此,雇主的支持与激励以及在员工学习专业资格时给他们提供相关的工作经验就显得极为重要。也因此,ACCA2004年通过认可雇主计划,联合全球的企业机构,为专业会计师提供发展机会与职业支持,从而为经济发展创造长期价值。到目前为止,在全球已有超过8500家雇主加入该计划。

 据不完全统计,在全球福布斯2000的企业中,超过75%都至少聘用了一位ACCA会员或学员,福布斯500强企业中聘请ACCA会员或学员的比例更高达89%ACCA会员所分布的行业也非常广泛,六成在各类型的企业从事财会金融等工作,超过二成在事务所从事专业工作,15%在金融机构,还有约5%分布在世界银行、审计机关、税务机关等全球性组织、政府机构和非营利性组织中。

CDD measures should include:

■ Obtaining information on the purpose and intended nature of the business relationship.

Record keeping

Suspicion reporting
■ Prompt reporting of suspicions to the (FIU) in a suspicious transaction report (STR).
■ There should be no ‘de minimis’ concessions. Reporting should be irrespective of:
– the amount involved; or
– whether tax matters are involved.

■ Enhancing confidentiality of the source of reports by:
– disclosing the compliance officer only once; and
– not naming the personnel making reports to the compliance officer.
■ Disclosing further information only if:
– legally required to do so; or
– otherwise justified, in the public interest.
Shell banks
Tutorial note: A ‘shell bank’ is a bank incorporated in a jurisdiction in which it has no physical presence and which is
unaffiliated with a regulated financial group.
