小作文部分
这部分要求大家写40-50个字的便条、留言、备忘录或电子邮件。
首先要认真审题,确定题目要求。可以根据考题中给出的三条提示,paraphrase一下,但要保证没有语法错误。尽量不要使用缩写或简写,比如I’m应该要把它写成I am。控制字数,小作文要求的字数在40-50字左右,多写或少写都会被扣分。还有一点要特别注意,就是作文的语境,如果是上级写给下级,语句可以非正式些,但要是下级写给上级,那么语句就要正式些。
1.写作思路:
小作文通常是email或者memo。
下笔前:3分钟
①审题,看清题目要求:一事二人三要点
②可以在草稿纸上列出要点,做好行文计划
下笔中:10分钟
①一句话阐述理由&三要点覆盖
②字数在要求范围内
③尽量勿套用题目原话
下笔后:2分钟
①检查语法错误(s、es、to、ing、时态)
②检查拼写错误(辅音双写)
★注意格式!memo不需要称谓、结尾套话、签名,而email需要!
2.注意事项:
仔细阅读要求,确定所要写的是电子邮件、备忘录、还是便条,注意格式。
一定要完成所指定的3项任务,并进行合理发挥。不要完全照抄题目要求的任务提示,尽量变化一下,如果实在不知道如何变化,或没有把握,至少要把要求补充为完整的句子。
字数一定要控制在40-50以内,多字或少字都会扣分。
根据写信人和收信人的关系和要求写的内容判断使用语气的正式程度。第一部分主要是公司内部交流,上级给下级写,语气不必特别正式,下级给上级写,最好采用正式语气。
注意单词和语法的准确性,宁可用正确的简单句,也不用错误的复杂句。注意卷面整洁,这会给阅卷老师至少要留下一个比较好的第一印象。
