2. 从学校层面来看,学校应关注学生的身心健康,设立心理工作室等,进行心理问题的预防和辅导;

3. 从家长层面来看,家长应时常关心孩子的心理想法,而不是只注重学习成绩;

How to Improve StudentsMental Health

Studentsmental health, an issue neglected for long, has now gained increasing public concern . As to how to improve it, heated discussions are right on their way. As far as Im concerned, the university should set up a mental health workshop to improve studentspsychological health. Its necessary for the following reasons.

For one thing, many problems of mental disorder may be nipped in the bud . Many students may find it hard to deal with pressure from study and personal relationships, and therefore pains, puzzles and frustration may arise . he workshop will be a place for the young people to release their pressure by talking it away8 with teachers there. In the meantime , teachers may have a chance to detect signs of psychological problems in advance and take precautious measures accordingly. For another, students may know some ways to improve their mental health. If the experts of the workshop can give lectures on regular basis, those students suffering from mental disturbances will know what to do and face their problems bravely.

如果有三个或以上的原因,可以参考使用以下几组词 :To begin withthenfurthermore finallyTo start withnextin additionfinallyFirst and foremostbesideslast but not leastMost important of allmoreover finally

From the factors mentioned above, we may safely draw the conclusion that a mental health workshop can play a vital role in studentsdaily life and help to protect them from mental illness.

The cancellation of the 16-day flight means that the crew and scientists on the ground are pursuing only their most important experiments in the few remaining hours left before the shuttle laboratory is closed. The US sapce agency NASA decided Sunday to bring the orbiter home 12 days early because of fears of weakened power generator could explode. The generator has been turned off, leaving the shuttle with only two thirds of its normal power supply. To conserve electricity for the experiments the crew is working in dimmer lighting than normal and has turned off all unessential equipment. NASA says the two remaining generators are sufficient for Tuesday's landing, but had nevertheless ordered the astronauts to study emergency procedures in case another fails. The shuttle team has expressed its disappointment at the curtailment of the science mission, and says enough data have already been collected in the materials, combustion and biological experiments to push science further ahead. The scientist' goal is to complete the experiments on a later shuttle flight. David Batlery, VOA news, Washington.

Why did NASA decide to bring the shuttle home earlier?

A.The laboratory was closed.

B.The generator was turned off.

C.The power generator might explode.

D.Electricity was going to run out.

During the first half of the seventeenth century, when the nations of Europe were quarreling over who owned the New World, the Dutch and the Swedes founded competing villages ten miles apart on the Delaware River. Not long afterward, the English took over both places and gave them new names, New Castle and Wilmington.

For a century and a half the two villages grew rapidly, but gradually Wilmington gained all the advantages. It was a little closer to Philadelphia, so when new textile mills opened, they opened in Wilmington, not in New Castle. There was plenty of water power from rivers and creeks at Wilmington, so when young Irenee DuPont chose a place for his gunpowder mill, it was Wilmington he chose, not New Castle. Wilmington became a town and then a city —a rather important city, much the largest in Delaware. And New Castle, bypassed by the highways and waterways that made Wilmington prosperous, slept ten miles south on the Delaware River. No two villages with such similar pasts could have gone such separate ways. Today no two pieces could be more different.

Wilmington, with its expressways and parking lots and all its other concrete ribbons and badges, is a tired old veteran of the industrial wars and wears a vacant stare. Block after city block where people used to live and shop is broken and empty.

New Castle never had to make way for progress and therefore never had any reason to tear down its seventeenth-and eighteenth-century houses. So they are still here, standing in tasteful rows under ancient elms around the original town green. New Castle is still an agreeable place to live. The pretty buildings of its quiet past make a serene setting for the lives of 4,800 people. New Castle may be America's loveliest town, but it is not an important town at all. Progress passed it by.

Poor New Castle.

Lucky Wilmington.

Which is the major factor that made the difference between Wilmington and New Castle?

A.Convenience for traffic.

B.The Delaware River.

C.The investment of Irenee DuPont.

D.The textiles mills.
