CIA证书年检流程

一、登录CCMS确认证书状态

登陆CCMS系统，进入主页，查看证书状态。证书状态一般有以下几种情况：

1、活动

旧版系统中显示为“Certified”(正常状态)，这代表持证人员达成全部认证要求取得证书后，每年都按要求完成了后续教育和年检。

2、宽限期

旧版系统中显示为“Inactive (Grace Period)”(过渡期状态)。持证人员在“活动”状态的报告周期结束日期截止前，未按时进行年检。在报告周期结束日期结束后的一年内，会显示为“宽限期”状态。证书处于“宽限期”状态的持证人员不得使用取得职业资格的名义从事内部审计工作，否则将被PCB追究责任。

3、已过期

旧版系统中显示为“Inactive”(非活动状态)。持证人员在为期一年的“宽限期”状态结束前，仍然没有补做年检，则在“宽限期”的报告周期结束日期后，证书会调整为“已过期”状态。同样证书处于“已过期”状态的持证人员不得以已取得职业资格的名义(头衔)从事内部审计工作，否则将被PCB追究责任。

二、根据证书的状态选择年检流程

1、状态为“活动”：

对于“活动”状态的证书，持证人员需要完成当前年度(2021年)的后续教育和年检。持证人员应按照政策要求满足后续教育学时之后，在CCMS中完成后续教育学时报告(年检)，同时缴纳年检费。

2、证书状态为“宽限期”

对于状态为“宽限期”的证书，持证人员需要补做上一年度(2020年)的年检，并完成当前年度(2021年)的年检。持证人员应按照政策要求取得足够的后续教育学时之后，在CCMS中完成后续教育学时报告(年检)，同时缴纳年检费。

3、 证书状态为“已过期”

对于“已过期”状态的证书，持证人员只能重新激活证书状态，无法补交之前未完成的年间。持证人需要根据证书的类型和从业情况一次性取得一年所需的后续教育学时，之后在CCMS中完成激活流程，并缴纳状态恢复费用。

年检费标准为每一项职业资格30美元，状态恢复费用为250美元。注意：如持证人员为中国内部审计协会个人会员(在CCMS主页上“IIA会员”处应显示为“是”，所属考点”处显示为“IIA China”)，则年检费标准为20美元，状态恢复费用为100美元。会员资格须单独申请方可获得。年检后申请入会的不能享受会员优惠。
