2020年9月ACCA考试成绩公布日期:2020年10月12日。

ACCA考试成绩查询方式一共有三种,分别是:手机短信通知、邮件通知、在线查询。

(一)手机短信通知

(二)邮件通知

ACCA官方会根据所有考生的预留手机号和注册邮箱地址,通过短信和电子邮件的形式将成绩单发送给各位考生。不过,要实现这一功能,需要学员自行登录My ACCA账户中,设置由邮件或短信通知成绩这一选项。

(三)在线查询

1. 进入ACCA官网http://www.accaglobal.com/hk/en.html 点击右上角My ACCA进行登录;

2. 输入账号、密码登录后进入主页面,点击Exam status & Results;

3. 跳转页面后选择View your status report;

4. 进入之后,就可以查询自己所报科目的成绩详情了。

如何申请成绩复核?

在评卷之前,ACCA评分团队要与考官开会,讨论试卷并确定统一详细的评分表。验卷团队会对每一份试卷进行仔细检查,确保每一道试题都没有漏评分,且每份试卷的总分是正确。在整个评卷过程中验卷团队总共要检查8次。在考试成绩发布之前,ACCA会再进行一次检查,以确保学员的ACCA考试成绩准确无误。

然而,ACCA也意识到有时候学员会对他们所获得的考试结果有所怀疑。因此,在以下情况下,您可以要求查卷:

1.您参加了考试,并提交了答卷,却说您缺席考试;

2.您缺席考试,却收到考试成绩;

3.您对自己的考试成绩有所怀疑。

您必须在考试成绩发布日后的15个工作日内提出查卷申请。如果ACCA成绩有误,您会在下次报考截止日期前收到改正了的成绩,但是ACCA的复核工作也要收取相应的费用(52英镑)。

ACCA的有效期:

ACCA学员有七年的时间通过专业阶段的考试。如果学员不能在七年内通过所有专业阶段考试,那么超过七年的已通过专业阶段科目的成绩将作废,须重新考试。七年时限从学员通过第一门专业阶段考试之日算起。

There is a debate about the extent to which corporate governance provisions (in the form. of either written codes, laws or
general acceptances) should be global or whether they should vary to account for local differences. In this answer, Vincent
Viola’s view is critically evaluated.
In general terms, corporate governance provisions vary depending on such factors as local business culture, businesses’
capital structures, the extent of development of capital funding of businesses and the openness of stock markets. In Germany,
for example, companies have traditionally drawn much of their funding from banks thereby reducing their dependence on
shareholders’ equity. Stock markets in the Soviet Union are less open and less liquid than those in the West. In many
developing countries, business activity is concentrated among family-owned enterprises.
Against Vincent’s view
Although business cultures vary around the world, all business financed by private capital have private shareholders. Any
dilution of the robustness of provisions may ignore the needs of local investors to have their interests adequately represented.
This dilution, in turn, may allow bad practice, when present, to exist and proliferate.
Some countries suffer from a poor reputation in terms of endemic corruption and fraud and any reduction in the rigour with
which corporate governance provisions are implemented fail to address these shortcomings, notwithstanding the fact that they
might be culturally unexpected or difficult to implement.
In terms of the effects of macroeconomic systems, Vincent’s views ignore the need for sound governance systems to underpin
confidence in economic systems. This is especially important when inward investment needs are considered as the economic
wealth of affected countries are partly underpinned by the robustness, or not, of their corporate governance systems.
Supporting Vincent’s view
In favour of Vincent’s view are a number of arguments. Where local economies are driven more by small family businesses
and less by public companies, accountability relationships are quite different (perhaps the ‘family reasons’ referred to in the
case) and require a different type of accounting and governance.
There is a high compliance and monitoring cost to highly structured governance regimes that some developing countries may
deem unnecessary to incur.
There is, to some extent, a link between the stage of economic development and the adoption of formal governance codes.
It is generally accepted that developing countries need not necessarily observe the same levels of formality in governance as
more mature, developed economies.
Some countries’ governments may feel that they can use the laxity of their corporate governance regimes as a source of
international comparative advantage. In a ‘race to the bottom’, some international companies seeking to minimise the effects
of structured governance regimes on some parts of their operations may seek countries with less tight structures for some
operations.

companies. However several ethical problems could arise if the service were offered. The severity of these problems would
depend on the exact nature of the service provided, and the role of the person recruited into the client’s organisation.
Specific ethical threats could include:
Self-interest – clearly the motive for Becker & Co to offer this service is to generate income from audit clients, thereby creating
a financial self-interest threat. The amount received for the recruitment service depends on the magnitude of the salary of the

person they helped to recruit, as any significant problems discovered may make the recruitment appear ill-advised.
Management involvement – there is also a threat that the audit firm could be perceived to be making management decisions
by selecting employees. The firm could offer services such as reviewing the professional qualifications of a number of
applicants, and providing advice on the applicant’s suitability for the post. In addition the firm could draw up a shortlist of
candidates for interview, using criteria specified by the client. However in all cases, the final decision as to whom to hire must
be made by the client, as the audit firm should not make, or be perceived to be making, management decisions.
The threats discussed above would increase in significance if the recruitee took on a role in key management pertaining to
the finance function, such as finance director or financial controller. The threats would be less severe if the audit firm advised
on the recruitment of a junior member of the client’s finance function.
If these threats could not be reduced to a level less than clearly insignificant, then the recruitment service should not be
offered.
Commercial evaluation
The firm should consider whether there is likely to be much demand for the potential service before developing such a
resource. Some form. of market research is essential.
Offering this type of service represents a significant departure from normal audit services. The firm should consider whether
there is sufficient knowledge and expertise to offer a recruitment service. Ingrid Sharapova seems to have some experience,
but her skills may be out of date, and may not be specifically relevant to the recruitment of finance professionals. It may be
that considerable training and possibly the attainment of a new professional qualification relevant to recruitment may be
necessary for a credible service to be offered to clients.
If the recruitment service proved successful, then Ingrid could be faced with too much work as she is the only person with
relevant experience, and has no one to delegate to. If the firm decides to offer this service, then one other person should
receive appropriate training, to cover for Ingrid’s holidays and any sick leave, and to provide someone for Ingrid to delegate
to. The financial cost of such training should be considered.
Finally, Becker & Co should consider the potential damage to the firm’s reputation if the service offered is not of a high quality.
If the partners decide to pursue this business opportunity, they may wish to consider setting it up as a separate entity, so that
if the business fails or its reputation is questioned, the damage to Becker & Co would be minimised.
